Marriott Albuquerque is currently seeking a Night Auditor, the night auditor will assure the highest guest satisfaction by providing superior customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Check guests into and out of the hotel in an accurate, speedy, and courteous manner.
- Handle payments received.
- Resolve escalated guest relations issues when needed.
- Answer inquires pertaining to hotel policies and services.
- Respond to and follow up on all guest requests to ensure guests are satisfied with the hotel's services and accommodations.
- Positively represent and promote the property.
- Properly compile, complete, and distribute reports to management and team as directed.
- Report any maintenance security or safety issues.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Front Desk experience preferred, but will train.
- Highly motivated and self-directed.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to work holidays and weekends based on the demands of the hotel.
